Account Verification After Login In Elite Slots
Elite Slots asks for verification when an account triggers compliance checks after login. The platform requests documents inside the account area and restricts some actions until the review is finished.
Verification is required before the first withdrawal. It can also be required after a password reset, a change of email or phone number, or a login from a new country or device.
A deposit can trigger a check when the payment method name does not match the account name, or when the bank flags a transaction for review. High-value withdrawals and repeated failed login attempts also trigger a manual review.
During the review, Elite Slots can freeze withdrawals and limit account changes. Gameplay usually remains available, but cashout stays blocked until documents are approved.
- ID: Government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driver’s licence). The scan or photo must show the full document, the holder’s photo, and the expiry date.
- Address: Proof of address dated within the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter). It must show the same name and residential address as the Elite Slots profile.
- Payment method: For cards, a photo of the card with the middle digits covered and the CVV hidden, showing only the first 6 and last 4 digits plus the cardholder name. For e-wallets, a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing the account owner and email.
- Source of funds (when requested): Recent payslip, tax return, or a bank statement showing incoming salary or other income. Elite Slots requests this on higher withdrawals or when deposits do not match the profile’s stated income.
- Selfie / liveness check (when requested): A selfie holding the ID, or an in-app liveness video. Elite Slots uses it when the ID photo quality is low or when a login looks unusual.
Current state: verification in Elite Slots is tied to withdrawals and risk flags after login, and the standard pack is ID plus proof of address, with payment proof added when the deposit method needs confirming.
